Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Nailterest. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Nailterest.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Nailterest mobile application ("App") and form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the developer of the App, Mymed Bilişim Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("Company", "we", "us").

Nailterest is intended for users aged 12 and over. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 12 and 18 years of age, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
To access the features of Nailterest, you must create an account using one of the following methods:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately at info@chambit.app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Nailterest App on your personal mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
This license does not permit you to:
New users receive one (1) free AI design generation. No payment information is required for the free trial. Premium features require an active subscription.
Subscription prices are displayed within the App and may vary by region. All prices include applicable taxes where legally required.
Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for unused subscription time are not provided, except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide reasonable advance notice before any change. Continued use of the App after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
We use Adapty to manage subscriptions, verify purchases, and check entitlements. Adapty receives pseudonymous identifiers and purchase data from Apple or Google in order to verify your subscription status.
Nailterest uses AI to generate personalized nail design imagery. When you use the guided Nail Wizard or Playground modes without uploading a photo, AI generation occurs without transmitting personal images.
⚠️ Important Notice: When you choose to upload a hand or nail photo for AI-powered personalization, the image is transmitted to our third-party AI processing provider Fal.ai. The image leaves your device. By using this feature, you explicitly consent to this transmission.
You must only upload photos that you have the right to use. You may not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent. You may not upload photos of minors.
AI-generated nail designs are provided for personal inspiration and reference purposes only. Results may vary. No guarantee is made regarding suitability for any specific purpose, skin tone, nail shape, or salon application.
You agree not to use the App to:
The Nailterest name, logo, design, code, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Mymed Bilişim Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights beyond the limited license described in Section 4.
AI designs generated through the App are provided for your personal use. We do not claim ownership of designs generated for you, but we also do not grant commercial-use rights in AI outputs.
Your use of Nailterest is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we handle account data, photo uploads, and subscription data.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will operate uninterrupted or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy or usefulness of AI-generated content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYMED BİLİŞİM YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİLERİ A.Ş. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mymed Bilişim Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş. and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
If you download Nailterest from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
